Greta Dillon
I am a certified birth doula, having completed my training through a DONA International–approved workshop and earning certification with ProDoula. I am also trained in Spinning Babies® techniques and currently serve as an active member of Colorado Volunteer Doulas. I am credentialed through Rose Medical Center, but also provide private doula services at the facility of your choosing.
As an intuitive empath and lifelong nurturer, I have always found deep purpose in serving others and providing comfort. Since childhood, I’ve been fascinated by birth and the strength of feminine energy. Becoming a birth doula felt like a natural path for me, rooted in deep respect for the power and wisdom inherent in the body. As a mother of three, my own experiences have deepened my commitment to the compassionate cultivation of courage as you navigate this powerful transition.
I want my clients to remember their births feeling heard, loved, respected, safe, and fully in control of their autonomy. While I cannot promise any specific desired outcome—because birth is largely unpredictable—I am here to give you the tools to navigate your unique experience and will always provide a safe, nonjudgmental space.
My role is not to direct your experience, but to stand beside you—giving you emotional and physical comfort, helping you access your own intuitive guidance, and providing current, fact-based information so you can make the choices that feel right for you in any circumstance. Know that it is safe to welcome the unknown and be an active participant in defining your own experience. I also assist birth partners by offering guidance and support, helping them feel confident, useful, and truly included—uniting us all as a cohesive birth team.
Beyond birthwork, I am an amateur cook, animal lover, mystic, tarot reader, book consumer, and my children’s own imaginative play director. My life is a fluid painting of movement, meaning, and mindful care—qualities I bring into every client relationship.
Whether you're preparing to welcome your first baby or your fifth, I am here to walk beside you with intuitive support, evidence-based knowledge, and a deep belief in your instinctual maternal energy.
I respect and serve all clients regardless of age, race, color, religion, marital status, sex, national origin, ancestry, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or medical condition, or source of payment. Every person deserves compassionate, nonjudgmental care—always.
